What you can
advertise here
Short version: your listing, your voice, your rates. A few hard lines that keep everyone safe and keep us lawful - and past those, we stay out of your way.
New listings and new photos take a little while to appear, because a person looks at them first. Editing a live listing puts it back in that queue too, so it drops out of the directory until the edit is approved - usually not long, but worth knowing before you change something at a busy time. Your paid days aren't consumed while you're waiting.
The hard lines
No mystery list. These are the things a listing can't do - most of them are the law, not our preference.
Never, and reported
Not warnings. The listing goes, and where there's a person at risk it goes to the Police.
- Anyone under 18, in the listing or in a photo. There is no version of this we are relaxed about.
- Any sign someone is being controlled, coerced, or trafficked.
- Advertising unprotected sex. It is a criminal offence in New Zealand.
- Advertising someone else without their consent, including revenge listings.
- Anything else criminal - drugs, weapons, blackmail.
Sent back to fix
Not a strike. Change it and republish.
- Photos that are on another site under a different name, or a face in shot that isn't yours and hasn't agreed to be here.
- A full street address, a real name, or a schedule detailed enough to sit outside and wait for. We won't publish something that helps someone find you.
- Watermarks or logos from another directory.
- Contact details buried in a photo to dodge the fields - just use the fields, they work.
- Racist, violent or degrading language. Your listing, your voice, but there is a floor.
A knock-back never costs you money
If a listing you've paid for gets sent back, the money stays as credit. Fix it, republish, and it goes live on the plan you bought - your paid days don't start until you're actually visible. The only time money doesn't come back is an account removed for something in the red box, and we're not apologetic about that one.
The photos have to be yours
Stolen photos are the single most common reason a listing gets sent back. No stock images, no watermarks from other sites, no OnlyFans screenshots, no faces of people who didn't agree to be here. Heavy editing is completely fine - it's advertising. A photo of someone else is not.

If we get it wrong
Tell us and we'll fix it
Sometimes a call goes the wrong way. When yours does, we'd rather hear about it than have you quietly leave.
- The reason a listing was sent back is on your dashboard, next to it, and it says exactly what to change. Usually that's the whole fix.
- If you think we've got it wrong, reply to the message or email support@privateencounters.co.nz with your working name and why. "That's my photo, here's the shoot" is exactly the kind of thing that gets a decision reversed - fast.
One exception: we don't reverse removals for age or coercion on request. If that's happened and it's genuinely a mistake, email safety@privateencounters.co.nz - but understand we'll want a very good look before anything goes back up.
Something not right?
If a listing crosses one of the hard lines, tell us. It takes a minute, and reports about anyone underage or coerced go straight to the top.
Report a listing
